The best music & greatest beer!
It’s the best little festival of the year
Astonbury, music and beer festival has taken place since 2006. Set in the grounds of Glebe farm, situated behind the historic Saint Mary’s Church in Astbury village, our family-friendly event is organised entirely by volunteers and operates as a not-for-profit organisation, assisted by Biddulph Rotary.
Friday night is an evening of Acoustic music in the Marquee. Relax after a hard week and soak up the music (and the drinks). A great wind-down for the weekend.
Saturday afternoon into evening features the 5 bands on the main stage. Book your gazebo, or simply come along with blankets, camp chairs etc and set up for the evening. Some people bring a picnic, but remember we have food vendors on site.
Astonbury festival is organised on a not-for-profit basis, with all extra proceeds going to great causes in the area. To date we have donated more than £30,000 to The Teenage Cancer Trust, Ruby’s fund, the Palliative Care Outreach Centre at Buglawton, Blood Bikers, and the Gynaecological Carsinosarcoma Project.
This year we have more amazing acts, great food, a large selection of craft ales, a cocktail bar, wines coffee and cake. There are activities for your youngsters and all in a safe environment for families and friends to relax and enjoy the music.
